Can I receive a catalog ?
We do not have "paper" catalogs. Everything is presented on this web site. This gives
us more flexiblity when a new model is available or when another is not available anymore.
How long will I wait to receive my order ?
Eevrything is explained on the "shipping" page. The making of most of our articles starts
right after the validation of your order. If your order is for several flower girls it is then important to make
the dresses with the same batch of material to guarantee that they will all be in the exact same tone.
If the articles you have ordered are in stock and do not required any specific preparation the order is shipped within
2 days. If the articles are not in stock the delay could be up to 4 weeks, depending on the work
required.
This is why we recommand you to contact us directly to confirm the delay is your ceremony is within 4 weeks.
How much will I pay for the shipping ?
No matter how many articles you order, the shipping is presented as all-in price :
France = 9,00 euros
Europe = 19,00 euros
International = 29,00 euros
The shipping is done with a registered parcel. As soon as it leaves our store we will send you its online tracking number.
...and what if the articles do not fit ?
Everything you buy on our online store is guaranteed : if the article do not fit or if you
do not like it, you have 7 days to send it back for exchange or refund.
Nevertheless you must be aware that :
the postage is not refunded
the made-to-measure clothes are neither exchanged neither refunded
What size should I choose ?
Our clothes are usually bigger that everyday clothes. You should then rather order them choosing the same
age as the one of the children. If you are hesitating send us the measures...
For the girls : chest, waist, shoulder-to-floor measure.
For the boys : chest, shoulders, waist.
Can we get a "made-to-measure" dress or a suit ?
This option is indeed already available on several articles. If it is not do not hesitate to
contact us and ask for an estimate.
You should know anyway that some "basic" alterings are sometimes inevitable (shoulder straps on dresses, sleeves or hem
on suits...). In that case, it is more easy (and even cheaper) to have these done by someone near you.
Is it possible to modify a model to make it fit the theme of my ceremony ?
A lot of modifications are possible on a dress : new flowers,
change of a part of material with another one in a specific color... Some examples can be seen in the album.
For a suit the modification is more tricky. We would rather play with the accessories : waistcoat, colored fabric belt, etc...
You can ask for a free quotation. Just give us the themen the model, the number and age of the children.
