Delivery
All the orders are delivered with "Colissimo", either for France or abroad. With the all-in price
you have :
a shipping delay guaranteed by the french postal services from our shop to you home (2 days for France, 3 to 7 days
for the french territories, 3 to 9 days for any other country)
an online follow-up of your parcel (as soon as it has been taken in charge by the french postal services we send you
the corresponding identifier)
a guarantee in case of loss or deterioration
For any urgent delivery within 24 hours, we send by UPS. Nevertheless, this option is not available
on the order form since it requires specific billing and precise controle of the availability of the articles.
Delay
Every order is unique. Either the size, the colors or the accessories, you can ask us to
change the garments so that they would fit perfectly your need. This is the reason why
they are made only after the validation of your order.
Although some basic models are already available from the stock, you should rather consider a minimum delay of 4
weeks before the ceremony. Below that delay, please contact us directly (by phone or by mail) in
order to make sure to receive the desire articles in time.
