Article 1 : application and update of the terms and conditions
The present terms and conditions are applied for any order processed via the Internet website www.princes-princesses-online.com. Princes & princesses keeps the
right to adapt or modify at any time the present terms and conditions. In case of an update will be applied for a given order the terms and conditions current
in force at the moment when the order has been registered.
Article 2 : availability of products
Our offers of products and prices are valid until visible on the website, as far as the stocks allow it.
Once your order is received we check the availability of the product(s) you are purchasing. In case of unavailibity, we will get back to you in order to suggest
you equivalent products or suggest you a refund of the related products.
Article 3 : validation of the orders and electronic signature
Any order signed by the client using the "double click" (validation screen + acceptance of the conditions) is irrevocable and can only be challenged in the
limits of the present terms and conditions.
The "double click" associated to the authentification procedure (user + password) is forming an electronique signature. Thsi signature has the same value
between the parties as a manual signature.
Article 4 : prices
Princes & Princesses keeps the right to modify its prices at any time but also to guarantee the price in force at the moment when your order has been validated.
Article 5 : payment facilities
You can make the payment :
- by credit card : the payment is processed via our partner's website (Paypal). This means that no banking information is requested or stored on Princes &
Princesses own website. The payment is perfectly secured. Your order is validated as soon as the payment is recorded.
- by check (France only) : your order is kept during 7 days. After this delay, if your payment has not been received, it will be cancelled. Your order is
therefore only processed after receipt of your check and validation of this one by our bank office.
For any order above 300€ you have the possibility to pay in two times without any additional fees. Your order will be validated at the receipt of the two checks
and validation of the first one. The other check will be deposited the 5 of the next month.
- by direct bank transfer : once your order is registered we will send you our bank account information. You have then 7 days to proceed to the transfer using
the means provided by your own bank office. After this delay, if your payment has not been received, your order will be cancelled. Your order is therefore only
processed after receipt of the transfer.
Ownership reservation :
The goods remain the ownership of Princes & Princesses until complete cashing in of the payment by Princes & Princesses. Nevertheless the risks attached to the
goods are transfered to the client as soon as delivery is done.
Default in payment :
Princes & Princesses keeps the right to refuse a delivery concerning an order made by a client who would not have paid completely a previous order or with whom
a payment is still being in dispute.
The information contained in the order are the subject of an automated processing. The refusal to provide these will keep Proinces & Princesses from being
able to process the order.
Article 6 : delivery
General remarks :
The goods are delivered to the address indicated during the order validation process.
Fees :
The calculation of the fees related to the preparation and shipping of your order is based on the weight of the goods and delivery area.
Delivery time :
Any item that would be available when the order is validated is sent within 3 or 5 working days. If the order contains several items the parcel is sent only when
all items are available. If an item is not available and needs to manufactured the delay could be brought up to 4 weeks. To this period one should add the
shipping. Usually delivery time in France is 2 working days, for other parts of Europe it is 3 to 5 working days, for the rest of the world it is 5 to 8 working days.
Article 7 : responsabilities
Princes & Princesses cannot be held responsible if the service cannot be executed in cause of circumstances beyond its control, weather disturbancies, flood or
fire, partial or total strike in the postal and/or shipping services.
The goods sold on Princes & Princesses website are intended for private use. With regards to the goods that would be purchased to satisfy professional needs,
Princes & Princesses will not held any responsibility for any damage direct or indirect, profit loss or extra fee that might occur.
The choice of a given product is under the responsability of the customer. The total or partial incompatibility with customer's need can be the subject of any
compensation, refund or involvement of Princes & Princesses responsability, except in case of an established hidden defect, non similarity or exercice of the
redemption right as detailed in Article 8.
In case of absence of delivery or partial delivery the customer has six month after the departure of the parcel from our warehouse to inform Princes & Princesses
by any mean. After this delay no claim will be accepted.
Article 8 : right to redemption
The customer has 7 working days after receipt of the parcel to send back any item without any needed justification and ask for refund or exchange. The right will
not be charged in any way. Nevertheles the postal return fees to Princes & Princesses remain in charge of the customer and in case of an exchange request if
the other item has a different price the customer will be refunded of the difference or asked to pay this difference depending on the price of the new item.
In case of refund, this one will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the goods the customer has returned.
Article 9 : « IT technologies and freedom »
All the information recorded by the customer are exclusively for the internal use of Princes & Princesses. The customer has the right to know what these
information are and ask for update or deletion of these. This request must be done by letter sent to address shown in Article 9 and must come with an evidence
of identity of the customer (copy of ID card, passport or driving licence).
